Three steps that leaders can take to facilitate their team’s growth.
What’s your growth plan for today’s transitioning market? If your team does these three things, they will come out of this time bigger and better:
1. Find new talent. We’re a leader, but we also need to get new talent. Where is your next superstar admin coming from? Where’s your next superstar director of operations? When we partner with people, we have a systematic approach to adding talent to their organization.

2. Retain talent. We do this through a success platform, but teams just need to know what their value proposition is and whether it’s balanced with their compensation structure. Why are people staying? Why are they leaving? Can people see the future that they want through my organization? If you want to keep talent, these are the questions that you need to wrestle with as a leader.
3. Grow the talent that’s already in your organization. We do it through MAPS coaching for every leader and agent we partner with. You just want to ensure that you’re investing time, energy, resources, and training into the people in your organization.
