Today I want to share five tech tools every real estate agent needs in 2022. If you want to stay competitive, these tools could give you the leg up you need:

1. A monthly comparative market analysis. This would automatically go out to your database. It offers your clients a lot of extra value with minimal effort on your end. If your CRM doesn’t have this feature, check out an add-on like Homebot.
