Here are three reasons why smaller teams are partnering with larger ones.

Why are some real estate teams joining other real estate teams? This trend has become more popular over the last year and a half, but why? In my opinion, it comes down to three big reasons, and I want to break them down for you today:

1. More opportunities. It seems obvious, but if a smaller team joins a larger one, there are more opportunities to grow and expand their business. Smaller teams can retain their personal feel and unique culture while plugging into a wider ecosystem of opportunities.

“By offering more benefits, smaller teams can keep top talent within their organization.”

2. Benefits. I’ve noticed a lot of teams join up for health care, 401(k) plans, investment options, and other benefits that come with a wider network. By partnering with a larger group, small businesses can offer these benefits and keep top talent within their organization.

3. Team leaders can go further faster. By taking advantage of a larger team’s resources, leaders can grow their businesses faster. For some, it doesn’t make sense to build something from scratch for 10 years when you can get the same results by partnering with a larger team today.

If you have questions about this trend or anything else, I’d love to set up a call with you and let you know what my team provides that others don’t. I look forward to hearing from you.
