Why all agents need to have a strong, unique selling proposition.

How are you different from the other 1.5 million Realtors in the U.S.? It’s all about your unique selling proposition, or USP.  Despite how many Realtors we have, one of the most-searched questions on Google in 2021 was, ”How to become a real estate agent.” That 1.5 million is probably going to grow in 2022, so you’ll need to find a way to set yourself apart from the growing crowd.

I think developing a strong USP is critical in any real estate business. When the consumer looks out and sees all these Realtors, they think we all do the same job. We agents know that we don’t; however, they see a sea of sameness, so I encourage you to spend time developing that USP to set yourself apart from the rest.
