Here’s why I recommend that you try the one-word challenge in 2022.
Are you looking for a different approach for 2022 than just setting another New Year’s resolution? I recently read that 80% of all resolutions are over by the second week of February, and I don’t want your goals to meet the same fate.
I have a sustainable approach to making resolutions and setting goals. We’ve used this in my business and my family. It’s the one-word challenge. You pick one word that drives you for the year. It should encapsulate your vision, your purpose, and bring out the best of you in 2022. Last year, my word was “serve.” I served my family, team members, and community with that word in mind in 2021.
