Three ways you can lean into leverage and grow your business.

“What type of leverage should I be looking for in my business?” I’ve received this question often recently from my partner teams. Without leverage, you can’t hope to truly grow your business. That’s why I’ve broken leverage down into three methods, and I want to share them with you today:

1. Leverage through people. If you want to scale your business, you have to lean on your people. I recommend looking at people as an investment, not an expense. You don’t get a return on an expense but should expect a return on an investment.

2. Use products and technology. Probably the most common way to leverage your business with technology is through a CRM. This will help you track your business so you’ll know which tasks make money and help you grow.

“You have to lean into leverage.”

3. Create systems. These are about creating a duplicatable experience for all aspects of your business. Whether you’re hosting an open house, going to a listing appointment, or following up with a lead, having a checklist will save you time and ensure necessary actions are taken.

If you’re looking for growth, you have to lean into leverage. Call or email me if you’d like to discuss how leverage works or anything else. I look forward to hearing from you!
